To thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions, instructions, and directives on work safety, and to earnestly carry out the deployment requirements of Shanjian Machinery Co., Ltd. for strengthening safety precautions during the National Day holiday, on the eve of and throughout the holiday period, Geng Hongbin, Director, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of Pangyuan Leasing; and Qu Xiaodong, Party Secretary and General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing, each led teams to conduct in-depth field inspections at project sites across Shanghai, Central China, Northwest China, and other regions, assessing work‑safety measures during the National Day holiday and extending greetings and condolences to cadres and employees who remained on duty. Meanwhile, company Deputy General Managers Cao Xiaorong and Hou Weiwei, Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary Zhao Liang, and other members of the leadership team also conducted simultaneous on‑site supervision and inspections, ensuring that responsibilities for work safety are assigned to specific posts and individuals, thereby maintaining a sustained and stable work‑safety situation throughout the holiday period.

During the visit and慰问, the leadership team went directly to the staff canteen, dormitories, and other living quarters to conduct on-site inspections of logistical support. They inquired in detail about project construction arrangements, equipment operation, staffing, and daily-life provisions during the holiday period, urging heads of all units to provide attentive, heartfelt services and humane care for personnel on duty, while ensuring reasonable schedules and cultural‑sport activities so that cadres and employees stationed at their posts can truly feel the organization’s warmth. In response, the majority of employees pledged to translate the organization’s concern and care into concrete actions—strengthening safety management and ensuring production—by strictly adhering to operating procedures, diligently performing their duties, and maintaining safe, stable, and orderly operations throughout the holiday.

The inspection team, focusing on key risks such as tower crane installation and dismantling, jacking and section addition, lifting and hoisting operations, equipment maintenance, oversight of outsourced and subcontracted work, and preparedness for extreme autumn–winter weather, conducted a thorough, item-by-item review of critical areas—including safety devices, foundation fastenings and attachment anchors, on-site supervision, and the qualifications of external contractor teams. At the site, tasks were assigned, responsible parties were identified, and corrective action deadlines were set, with closed-loop management ensuring that all potential hazards are systematically eliminated. The team encouraged frontline workers to strictly adhere to operating procedures, perform tasks in a standardized and safe manner, and extended holiday greetings to the many employees who remain steadfastly at their posts.

This round of research, inspections, and visits to offer condolences has further strengthened safety‑production responsibilities at all levels, identified and addressed a number of potential risks and hazards, and laid a solid foundation for safe and stable operations during the holiday period. Moving forward, Pangyuan Leasing will continue to shift the focus of safety management downward and move control points upstream, ensuring high‑quality development through robust safety measures and celebrating the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China with a secure and stable environment.
