Ø Engineering and technical personnel

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing construction plans for the installation and dismantling of tower cranes and construction elevators, or for preparing the construction organization design for major projects;

2. Responsible for the layout and positioning of tower cranes at construction sites, and for providing technical support to clients;

3. Responsible for technical appraisal of equipment maintenance, preparation of maintenance plans and operational procedures, and completion of acceptance inspections;

4. Responsible for project planning, execution, advancement, and management.

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution, majoring in mechanical engineering, architecture, civil engineering, engineering mechanics, or related fields;

2. Strong sense of professional dedication; able to travel on business and work on construction sites.

3. Strong team collaboration skills and a professional, dedicated work ethic.

Ø Safety inspectors

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for conducting regular and ad-hoc safety inspections of tower cranes on all construction projects of the company;

2. Responsible for on-site safety supervision during the installation and dismantling of tower cranes;

3. Responsible for photographing safety-related aspects of all company construction projects and for compiling, organizing, and distributing corrective action documentation.

4. Other security-related matters of the department.

Job Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or higher in safety, electrical and mechanical engineering; no fear of heights.

2. Diligent and focused in work, with a strong sense of responsibility;

3. Strong team-player mentality and a professional, dedicated work ethic;

4. Preference will be given to candidates holding a full-time safety officer certificate in the construction industry and/or with work experience in the tower crane or elevator equipment rental sector.

Ø Equipment Control Personnel

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company’s equipment management, updating and maintaining the equipment inventory ledger, and submitting monthly reports in a timely manner;

2. Preparation of application materials for company equipment;

3. Maintain and record, as required, any changes in the usage of the company’s tower cranes and elevators.

4. Establish and effectively implement a sound equipment documentation management system.

Job Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or higher in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, information management, data analysis, logistics management, equipment management, or related fields;

2. Strong team collaboration skills and a professional, dedicated work ethic;

3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in equipment management and control within the rental industry for lifting equipment such as tower cranes and elevators.

Ø Tower crane operator

Job Qualifications:

1. Male, aged 20–45, in good health, with uncorrected visual acuity of 1.0 or better in both eyes, and holding a valid tower crane operator certification.

2. At least one year of experience operating tower cranes, with basic skills in tower crane maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting.

3. Honest and upright character, resilience and hard work, and a professional, dedicated work ethic.

Ø Elevator operator

Job Qualifications:

1. Male, aged 20–45, in good health, and holding a valid elevator operation certification.

2. At least one year of experience operating passenger and freight elevators on construction sites;

3. Honest and upright character, resilience and hard work, and a professional, dedicated work ethic.

Ø Erection and Dismantling Worker

Job Qualifications:

1. Male, aged 20–45, in good health, and holding a valid installation and dismantling operation certification.

2. Possess relevant experience in the installation, dismantling, and erection of construction elevators and tower cranes;

3. Honest and upright character, resilience and hard work, and a professional, dedicated work ethic.

Ø Maintenance Electrician

Job Qualifications:

1. In good health and free from acrophobia; hold a valid certification in electrical work, welding, or equipment maintenance.

2. Honest and upright character, resilience and the ability to work hard, coupled with a professional and dedicated work ethic;

3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in tower crane or elevator repair and maintenance.
