On September 29, the company held a meeting to advance key initiatives at Pangyuan Leasing. Huang Aimin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager, attended and addressed the meeting. Also in attendance were Zhao Zhenjie, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer; Geng Hongbin, Director, Deputy General Manager, Member of the Party Committee of Pangyuan Leasing, and Chairman; and Li Xiaofeng, Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Huang Aimin emphasized that all units must thoroughly implement the arrangements made at the Shaanxi Coal Group and company meetings on ensuring stable growth, elevate their political awareness, and strengthen their sense of responsibility and commitment. First, we must firmly uphold the safety bottom line and consolidate the foundations for development. We will always prioritize workplace safety, firmly enforce safety responsibilities at all levels, conduct routine hazard identification and remediation, resolutely uphold the safety red lines and bottom lines, and ensure the orderly advancement of all tasks. Second, we must deepen compliance management and address governance shortcomings. It is imperative to rigorously enforce all compliance frameworks governing finance and operations, standardize end-to-end operational controls, and vigorously advance the rectification of issues identified through audits and inspection tours. We must implement closed-loop closure management, conduct routine gap‑filling and improvement efforts, and continuously enhance the enterprise’s level of standardized governance. Third, we must focus on our攻坚 goals and make every effort to deliver a strong finish. Focusing closely on the nine key priorities for the fourth quarter, we will refine implementation measures, strengthen accountability at all levels, and fully leverage the guiding role of performance assessment and accountability. We will continue to judge responsibility by concrete results and, with a rigorous and pragmatic work style, ensure that all tasks are effectively carried out and yield tangible outcomes.
At the meeting, Zhao Zhenjie outlined and assigned tasks for the fourth quarter, urging all units to stay firmly aligned with the overarching theme of “Year of Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement” and vigorously ensure the effective implementation of all annual objectives. Relevant officials from Pangyuan Leasing and Zigong Pangyuan respectively reported on the progress of key initiatives.
