On September 15, a specialized legal‑knowledge training session, hosted by Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and organized by Pangyuan Leasing, was successfully held. The training focused on key areas such as corporate governance, labor‑related risk prevention, and contract compliance management. Members of the company’s leadership team, including Director and Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Pangyuan Leasing, Geng Hongbin, along with staff from various departments, attended in person. Meanwhile, personnel from all subsidiaries and branch companies of Pangyuan Leasing participated in the session simultaneously via online channels.
The training featured Attorney Zhou Leduo, Executive Deputy Director and Senior Partner at Guantao (Shanghai) Law Firm in Beijing, as the instructor. With extensive experience in legal services for the construction machinery leasing industry, Attorney Zhou has a deep understanding of the sector’s key risks and pain points. During the session, he provided an in-depth analysis of core provisions in the newly revised Company Law—covering corporate governance, labor‑employment risk prevention, and end‑to‑end contract compliance management—and drew on numerous real‑world case studies to thoroughly examine the various legal risks lurking in business operations. He also offered targeted, practical measures for compliance management. The course content was closely aligned with actual business needs and delivered strong, actionable guidance.
Meng Zhifeng, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Pangyuan Leasing, outlined three key requirements for solidifying the application of training outcomes and comprehensively elevating the company’s compliance management. First, strengthen the ideological foundation and fortify the compliance defense line. All employees must firmly embrace a rule-of-law mindset, deeply recognize that compliant operations are the bottom line for the company’s stable and sustainable development and the fundamental standard for fulfilling their duties, and consistently uphold the compliance red lines. Second, emphasize the integration of learning and practice to ensure tangible results. Each department and unit should, in light of the key takeaways from this training, conduct thorough self-assessments and self-corrections of risks, promptly address management shortcomings, plug risk vulnerabilities, and embed compliance requirements throughout all business processes. Third, reinforce accountability and establish long-term mechanisms. Managers at all levels should serve as role models, lead by example in implementing compliance requirements, regularly organize compliance awareness campaigns and risk assessments, and continuously refine and improve the enterprise’s compliance management system.
This specialized legal training has further strengthened all employees’ awareness of the rule of law and their sense of compliance, enabling participants to accurately identify, assess, and manage legal risks in the construction machinery leasing industry, address weaknesses in business risk management, and lay a solid legal foundation for the company’s standardized operations and the effective prevention and mitigation of legal risks.
