In the height of summer, scorching heat has swept through the production workshop of Pangyuan Henan’s testing facility in Shaanxi. Days of relentless high temperatures have posed a severe “grilling” challenge to the production site. Yet all frontline workers have braved the sweltering conditions, steadfastly holding their posts and racing to meet production targets, fulfilling their duties with sweat and dedication, thereby fully demonstrating a commendable spirit of devotion to their work and a determination to lead by example.
To effectively strengthen safety safeguards for high-temperature operations and comprehensively protect the health of frontline workers, the General Manager’s Office of Henan (Assessment Body), in collaboration with the trade union, recently launched a special “Summer Coolness Delivery” outreach initiative, bringing cooling supplies and thoughtful care to every employee steadfastly holding their posts.
At the event site, the company’s general manager, Shan Ying, personally handed out heat‑relief supplies to frontline workers. During the distribution, he carefully reminded all employees to strictly adhere to safety production standards during high‑temperature operations, properly wear all required personal protective equipment, and appropriately schedule work hours by implementing staggered shifts and balancing work with rest, thereby ensuring comprehensive personal heat‑prevention measures.
This outreach visit went beyond the simple distribution of supplies; it also served as an on‑the‑ground safety briefing and a heartfelt conversation. Taking advantage of the opportunity, staff from the General Office and the Trade Union educated employees on workplace safety during periods of extreme heat, with particular emphasis on emergency response to heatstroke and measures to prevent risks associated with fatigued work. At the same time, they engaged in in‑depth, face‑to‑face discussions, carefully identified operational pain points at the shop floor, and attentively listened to workers’ concerns and suggestions regarding their work and daily lives, making every effort to coordinate and resolve issues that are urgent, difficult, and deeply troubling for them.
Cooling relief in the sweltering heat, heartfelt care that warms the heart. This “Summer Cool‑Down” outreach event is a true reflection of Shaanxi Pangyuan Henan (Assessment Unit) putting its people‑centric management philosophy into practice. With each cooling supply and every safety reminder, the scorching summer heat is eased, the bond between the company and its employees is strengthened, and all frontline workers can genuinely feel the company’s warm concern and genuine appreciation.
