From June 12 to 16, Geng Hongbin, Director and Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and a director of Pangyuan Leasing, along with Pangyuan Leasing’s Deputy General Managers Cao Xiaorong and Hou Weiwei, paid a visit to Pangyuan in Cambodia to conduct an inspection and provide guidance. They carried out comprehensive oversight of key areas, including the operational management, workplace safety, and internal control system development of overseas projects.
During this period, Geng Hongbin and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the day-to-day operations and management at Cambodia Pangyuan, carried out an in-depth assessment of the local market environment, visited key partner clients, and paid a heartfelt visit to frontline project personnel to learn about their working and living conditions, thereby conveying the company’s care and concern.
Geng Hongbin commended the phased operational achievements of Cambodia Pangyuan and, in light of local market conditions, outlined plans for the next phase of work. First, he emphasized the rigorous implementation of risk‑management measures to comprehensively safeguard the safety baseline of overseas operations. Second, he called for the continued standardization of internal management processes to enhance the level of standardized and refined operations. Third, he prioritized accounts‑receivable collection to ensure the smooth and orderly functioning of the company’s cash flow. Fourth, he reinforced accountability for workplace safety by conducting regular on‑site hazard identification and remediation. Finally, he urged the adoption of a sound approach to performance evaluation and the steadfast adherence to four core business principles, thereby driving improvements in quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Cao Xiaorong and Hou Weiwei, respectively, put forward detailed management requirements and actionable improvement measures focusing on enhancing production and operational efficiency, strengthening on-site safety oversight, streamlining internal process management, and building a standardized institutional framework. These efforts are designed to help Pangyuan Cambodia continuously improve its operational quality, expand its market presence, and achieve long-term, stable operations.
