On June 11, 2026, the Party Branch of Jiangsu Pangyuan, in collaboration with the Second Party Branch of the Nanjing Municipal Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station, organized a paired‑construction activity for “Safety Production Month.” Together with the Nanjing Municipal Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station and Nanjing JianGong Construction Machinery Safety Inspection Co., Ltd., they also hosted a safety‑related business exchange meeting on lifting equipment. The event leveraged joint Party building initiatives, government‑enterprise collaborative learning, and integrated safety management to foster deep integration between Party building and safety production efforts, ensuring aligned and concerted progress.

This event innovatively combined theoretical presentations, experience sharing, and hands-on practical exercises. At the venue, all participants watched a corporate promotional video, while Party members reaffirmed their oath of admission. The two parties formally signed a joint‑construction agreement between their Party branches, thereby establishing a long-term, stable, pragmatic, and highly efficient platform for regular collaboration.
Lu Bin, Deputy Director of the Nanjing Municipal Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station, expressed his gratitude for Jiangsu Pangyuan’s meticulous preparations. He noted that lifting machinery is a high-risk piece of equipment in construction, making safety oversight both challenging and of paramount importance. Jiangsu Pangyuan has achieved remarkable results and accumulated extensive experience in safety management and information‑based administration. This joint Party‑building initiative has enabled the integration of Party‑building efforts with safety operations, laying a solid foundation for both parties to further enhance their level of production‑safety management. He emphasized that the two sides should continue to deepen inter‑branch collaboration, regularly conducting joint study sessions, research activities, and inspections. Enterprises must strictly fulfill their primary responsibility for production safety, proactively prevent and mitigate risks at the source, and firmly uphold the red line of safety in high‑risk operations. Meanwhile, the Municipal Quality and Safety Station will persist in extending its services to the grassroots level, proactively delivering policies, technical guidance, and expert advice to help the industry steadily advance toward standardized and规范ized safety management.

Cao Haijun, Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of Jiangsu Pangyuan, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Municipal Quality and Safety Station. He noted that the company currently operates more than 600 tower cranes and over 100 construction elevators, resulting in a substantial equipment inventory and demanding, complex safety‑production management tasks. This paired‑construction initiative precisely addresses the industry’s most pressing safety‑management challenges, providing professional guidance and robust support to help the enterprise address managerial shortcomings and firmly reinforce its safety responsibilities.

During the panel discussion, industry experts delivered focused presentations on the latest policies and regulations, as well as on典型案例 of safety accidents. The technical director of Jiangsu Pangyuan shared practical experience in end-to-end management and control of crane installation and dismantling processes. Following the exchange, all participants proceeded to the training facility to observe firsthand the standardized procedures for tower crane jacking operations and key practices for routine equipment maintenance, thereby truly integrating theory with practice and aligning knowledge with action.
Going forward, Jiangsu Pangyuan will take this joint‑construction and exchange initiative as an opportunity to further strengthen collaborative learning and joint inspections between government and enterprises, refine its closed-loop mechanism for addressing safety hazards, and strive to become a benchmark enterprise for workplace safety in the industry, thereby providing robust support for the high‑quality development of the lifting‑equipment sector.
