This manual training was delivered through a hybrid offline–online format, successfully ensuring full participation, comprehensive coverage, and zero‑gap learning, thereby embedding the spirit of the policies in both mind and practice and driving tangible results. The training aligned closely with the key priorities set by Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Pangyuan Leasing Headquarters for 2026—namely, workplace safety, accounts‑receivable collection, quality improvement and efficiency gains, asset revitalization, and Party‑building integration—while focusing on the core revisions of the new employee handbook. Organized around eight major modules—safety management, financial systems, human resources, administrative management, R&D, business operations, project management, and materials management—the training featured department heads systematically explaining the differences between the old and new versions, introducing newly added provisions, and clarifying assessment criteria.
