Attending the meeting—held in a hybrid “online plus offline” format—were Chai Zhaoyi, Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.; Geng Hongbin, Director, Deputy General Manager, and Director of Pangyuan Leasing; Qu Xiaodong, Party Secretary and General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing; other members of the company’s leadership team; all headquarters employees; as well as principal leaders of affiliated units and personnel responsible for production safety management. The meeting conveyed the contents of the company’s documents, “Notice on Launching the 2026 Safety Month Campaign” and “Notice on Conducting a Comprehensive Inspection for Hidden Safety Hazards.” Focusing on four key areas—implementation of the safety production system, crackdown on the “three violations” at construction sites, inspection of fire‑safety facilities, and environmental protection and remediation—the meeting meticulously outlined the specific inspection locations to be covered during Safety Month, as well as related activities such as safety training and education, public awareness and consultation, and emergency response drills. The meeting also organized a screening of safety‑accident warning videos; through in‑depth analysis of typical cases, it sought to strengthen all employees’ sense of safety responsibility.
