To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and directives on work safety, assess the current safety situation, and outline key priorities for safety and environmental protection in the near term, Pangyuan Leasing convened its 2026 Safety Month Kickoff Meeting on May 29. Attending the meeting—held in a hybrid “online plus offline” format—were Chai Zhaoyi, Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.; Geng Hongbin, Director, Deputy General Manager, and Director of Pangyuan Leasing; Qu Xiaodong, Party Secretary and General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing; other members of the company’s leadership team; all headquarters employees; as well as principal leaders of affiliated units and personnel responsible for production safety management. The meeting was chaired by Hou Weiwei, the company’s Deputy General Manager.

The meeting conveyed the contents of the company’s documents, “Notice on Launching the 2026 Safety Month Campaign” and “Notice on Conducting a Comprehensive Inspection for Hidden Safety Hazards.” Focusing on four key areas—implementation of the safety production system, crackdown on the “three violations” at construction sites, inspection of fire‑safety facilities, and environmental protection and remediation—the meeting meticulously outlined the specific inspection locations to be covered during Safety Month, as well as related activities such as safety training and education, public awareness and consultation, and emergency response drills. The meeting also organized a screening of safety‑accident warning videos; through in‑depth analysis of typical cases, it sought to strengthen all employees’ sense of safety responsibility. Attendees were urged to take these cases as lessons, remain vigilant at all times, avoid complacency or laxity, and ensure that safety remains a constant priority, with preventive measures firmly in place.
The theme of this “Safety Production Month” campaign is “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers.” With regard to strengthening current safety and environmental protection efforts and preparing for the 2026 “Safety Production Month,” the meeting put forward several key requirements. First, we must elevate our political awareness and deeply recognize the paramount importance of conducting the “Work Safety Month” campaign. In the face of a surge in safety incidents nationwide and a grave safety situation at our company, all employees must firmly elevate their political awareness, deeply recognize the paramount importance and pressing urgency of launching the “Safety Production Month” campaign, and treat it as a key political task for the present. With a high degree of political, ideological, and practical consciousness, we must earnestly advance all related activities, ensure that safety principles, responsibilities, and measures are effectively implemented, resolutely safeguard the bottom line of workplace safety, and prevent the occurrence of all types of safety accidents. Second, enhance professional competence, operational proficiency, and dedication. It is essential to continuously strengthen one’s sense of professional dedication, particularly for on-site supervisors at the front line; only a conscientious attitude can enable them to fulfill their safety responsibilities. For high-risk installation and dismantling operations, it is imperative to clearly assume the role of supervisor, as this reflects responsibility toward oneself, others, and the company. Third, leverage the leading role of industry champions. To uphold sustainable development, we must invest in the widespread adoption of inclined ladders, the deployment of space capsules, and auxiliary technologies such as video surveillance, while also strengthening information-based safety management on Pangyuan Online.

Going forward, Pangyuan Leasing will take Safety Month as an opportunity to firmly assume responsibility for safety, rigorously address potential hazards, and strictly manage risks. The company will resolutely implement all directives and decisions from higher authorities, steadily advance efforts to tackle the root causes of workplace safety issues, and lay a solid foundation for the enterprise’s safe, stable, and sustainable development.
