June 2026 marks the 25th National “Work Safety Month.” To ensure the effective implementation of all activities during this year’s campaign, reinforce safety responsibilities across the organization, conduct thorough inspections and address all types of safety risks and hazards, and continuously strengthen the company’s safety management foundation, Guangdong Pangyuan successfully convened the 2026 Work Safety Month Kick-off Meeting on May 26. The meeting was attended by more than 60 participants, including Board Director Sun Meng, General Manager Lei Jingtao, members of the leadership team, managers from various functional departments, safety management personnel, heads of each regional division, and supervisors of labor teams. The event was chaired by Li Fulong, the executive in charge of safety.

This Safety Production Month is centered on the theme “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies, and We Identify and Rectify Risks and Hidden Dangers.” In strict accordance with the work arrangements set forth at the safety‑production warning‑education meetings of Shaanxi Jianji Co., Ltd. and Pangyuan Leasing, we are fully implementing the requirements of the special campaign for a comprehensive, grid‑style inspection of potential hazards, ensuring robust organizational leadership and meticulous, coordinated progress; deepening publicity and guidance to foster a strong safety culture; focusing on practical results and eliminating formalism; and upholding integrated planning while establishing sound long‑term mechanisms. A series of thematic activities are being systematically organized to advance safety governance in a comprehensive, multi‑level manner. The meeting emphasized that safety responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai and that safety work is an ongoing endeavor. All employees should take this Safety Production Month kickoff as a fresh starting point, embracing a firm commitment to safety‑oriented development, a pragmatic work style, and effective preventive measures. With the entire workforce mobilized and engaged, we must spare no effort to implement every aspect of safety production work with precision and rigor, continuously strengthening the safety safeguards underpinning the company’s high‑quality development and striving to create a safe, stable, and harmonious working environment. At the same time, by leveraging diverse, immersive safety‑awareness campaigns, training programs, and emergency‑response drills, we will effectively enhance the safety literacy and emergency‑response capabilities of all staff, steadily advancing toward the year’s safety‑production goals.
At the meeting, Sun Meng emphasized that safety is the solid cornerstone of an enterprise’s survival and development, the fundamental guarantee of employees’ well-being, and an inviolable bottom line and lifeline for corporate growth. It directly affects the vital interests of every employee and the happiness of every family, while also underpinning the company’s long-term stable operations and its pursuit of high-quality, sustainable development. He pointed out that this Safety Production Month not only represents a continuation of routine safety efforts but also serves as a crucial opportunity for the company to conduct self-assessments, address shortcomings, strengthen weak areas, enhance management, build capabilities, and foster a robust safety culture. Specifically, he outlined four key priorities: first, deepen ideological guidance to fortify safety awareness across the entire workforce; second, firmly assign responsibilities at all levels to establish a collaborative governance framework involving all employees; third, intensify hazard remediation to bolster risk prevention and control capabilities; and fourth, reinforce realistic emergency response drills to solidify emergency preparedness and response capacity.

Following the meeting, all employees took part in a safety‑production oath and signed the Safety Month theme banner one by one, pledging to uphold their original aspirations through signature and shoulder their mission through solemn vows, thereby further consolidating a company‑wide consensus and rallying strong collective efforts to prevent risks, eliminate hidden dangers, curb accidents, and ensure safety.
