To thoroughly implement the requirements of joint Party–government responsibility and dual-responsibility for each post in workplace safety, strengthen and solidify the safety accountability of all employees, and comprehensively lay a robust foundation for the company’s safe development, Jiangsu Pangyuan recently held a grand launch event for the 2026 Safety Production Month at its Getang Base. More than 120 participants attended, including board director Tan Shiquan, General Manager Cao Haijun, safety officer Ding Bangjun, other members of the management team, functional‑role staff, frontline workers, and representatives from all labor subcontractors.
This Safety Month is themed “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers.” Upholding Party leadership in safety management, it employs measures such as centralized mobilization, thematic briefings, case‑based warnings, and signatures by those responsible to align thinking across the board, reinforce accountability, and address potential hazards.
At the ceremony, Cao Haijun delivered a mobilization speech for Safety Month. He urged all employees to seize this opportunity to reinforce workplace safety, maintain constant vigilance in production safety, and rigorously adhere to relevant standards and regulations. He emphasized that safety responsibilities must be firmly assigned to every post, every process, and every operation, ensuring that stringent standards and concrete measures safeguard the foundation of safe production. Ding Bangjun then outlined and deployed the theme and key priorities for this year’s Safety Month, read out the notice on the special “Three Violations” campaign, and organized a company-wide viewing of educational videos featuring typical accident cases. Through these case‑based lessons, he sought to strengthen everyone’s awareness of safety red lines, risk management, and emergency response capabilities.
During his concluding remarks, Tan Shiquan emphasized that safety is not merely a slogan—it is a responsibility and a commitment to action—and that safety management must firmly reject the “go‑along‑with‑everyone” mentality. The installation and dismantling of tower cranes, work at heights, and on‑site management are the top priorities in corporate safety oversight, as they directly affect the safety of personnel, the company’s development, and overall stability; therefore, there must be absolutely no complacency or reliance on luck. The Safety Month campaign places primary emphasis on raising awareness, ensuring effective implementation, and driving corrective measures. All employees must truly understand safety, adhere to safety protocols, and be prepared to respond to emergencies, thereby comprehensively strengthening the foundation of on‑site safety management.
Following the event, all participants collectively recited the Safety Month slogan and solemnly signed the safety banner, pledging through concrete actions to strictly adhere to safety regulations and fulfill their safety responsibilities. A group photo was taken at the event site to commemorate the occasion.
