On May 9, Zhejiang Pangyuan, in collaboration with the Second Construction Company of Zhongtian Construction Group and Zhejiang Xinsheng Construction Group Co., Ltd., conducted a specialized training session on large-scale mechanical equipment. The training was attended by Huang Pei, Safety Director of Zhongtian Second Construction; Wang Weiping, Head of Safety Management at Zhejiang Xinsheng; Hu Maoxiang, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Pangyuan; and Wang Song, Head of the Safety Department, among others.

During the training, Zhejiang Pangyuan provided a systematic explanation and on-site analysis of key issues—including typical case studies, physical acceptance management, and critical points in the installation process—focusing on the equipment itself. This approach vividly highlighted potential hazards that are often overlooked during the equipment’s entry onto site, installation, operation, and maintenance phases. At the same time, trainees were guided to use a PTZ camera to gain real-time, intuitive insights into the video feed from the “AnchaiBao” system during tower crane jacking operations, enabling them to understand the critical milestones and preventive control measures throughout the jacking process. Concurrently, the training reviewed regulatory requirements related to scheme preparation, technical briefings, and on-site supervision, fully demonstrating Zhejiang Pangyuan’s deep technical expertise in equipment installation and jacking operations and earning high recognition from clients.
Zhongtian Second Construction has conducted a clause-by-clause interpretation and specialized training on the “Ten Red Lines” for tower crane jacking and lowering operations, clearly prohibiting such work under adverse weather conditions, when staffing is insufficient, when safety devices are missing, or when operations are not performed in accordance with the approved plan. The company emphasizes that the “Ten Red Lines” represent an inviolable safety bottom line.

This joint training program not only serves as a comprehensive showcase of Zhejiang Pangyuan’s professional expertise, but also underscores clients’ full recognition of its technical capabilities and service quality. Moving forward, Zhejiang Pangyuan will remain committed to the principles of “professionalism, standardization, safety, and efficiency,” striving to deliver all-round, high-standard equipment safety management services to its partners and working hand in hand with customers to build a robust safety safeguard for large-scale machinery and equipment.
