On April 15, Huang Aimin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., visited Fujian Kaihui to conduct research and provide guidance on its operations. Yang Lei, Executive Director and General Manager of Fujian Kaihui, along with Vice General Manager Wang Yonggang, Assistant to the General Manager Lin Yueju, and heads of various departments, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Yang Lei provided an overview of Fujian Kaihui’s basic profile, organizational structure, and key performance indicators, with a particular focus on its operational and management performance in the first quarter of 2026 and the progress of the initiative to convert subsidiaries into branch offices (referred to as “Subsidiary-to-Branch Conversion”).
After listening to a briefing on Fujian Kaihui’s first-quarter production and business performance, Huang Aimin expressed full affirmation of the company’s progress in all areas of work. At the meeting, he pointed out that the current operating conditions in the leasing industry are primarily influenced by overall industry trends, and that Fujian Kaihui must steadfastly deepen the implementation of its “four management philosophies.” He emphasized that 2026 marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan and is also designated by Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. as the “Year of Performance Enhancement” and the “Year of Party Building Integration for Value Creation,” underscoring the need to promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operations.
With regard to Fujian Kaihui’s key priorities for 2026, Huang Aimin put forward four requirements: First, attach great importance to safety management by integrating safety into daily operations and intensifying efforts in safety education, safety inspections, hazard identification and remediation—through more frequent initiatives, stronger guidance, closer supervision, enhanced training, and heightened awareness-raising. Such measures must not only comply with local and corporate safety management standards but also lay a solid foundation for safe and sustainable development. Second, steadily advance the “subsidiary-to-branch” restructuring initiative; in the long run, its smooth implementation will help enhance the efficiency of corporate governance. To this end, it is essential to strengthen communication and coordination with parent companies and local government authorities, explore appropriate solutions, and ensure seamless integration across all business functions. Third, elevate internal management standards by focusing on fine-tuned improvements such as optimizing management frameworks and reducing various operating expenses, thereby collectively overcoming current challenges. Fourth, promote corporate culture, bolster organizational cohesion, foster unity and unwavering confidence, and pool collective efforts to achieve common goals.

Following the meeting, Huang Aimin visited the Fujian Kaihui Base’s yard and remanufacturing center.
