On March 6, Guangdong Pangyuan convened the 2026 Annual Safety Education and Training Conference, themed “Strengthening the Foundation of Practical Training and Solidifying the Year-Long Safety Defense Line.” The meeting, grounded in the requirements for a strong start to workplace safety at the beginning of the year, outlined the year’s safety production tasks, identified key safety control priorities for each position, and ensured that the company’s production and business operations proceed safely, orderly, and efficiently. More than 150 people attended, including Lei Jingtao, Director of Guangdong Pangyuan; Long Jinhui, Deputy General Manager; all company employees; and relevant personnel from labor subcontracting units.

At the meeting, Lei Jingtao emphasized the paramount importance of continuously enhancing safety awareness and standard operating skills across the entire workforce, stressing that all employees must integrate safety principles into every stage of production. He underscored that no production task may be undertaken without first ensuring safety, and firmly rejected any complacent attitude that prioritizes schedule over safety. Long Jinhui outlined key priorities for this year’s safety work: first, further refine, improve, and rigorously enforce the safety responsibility system at all levels; second, intensify safety education and training to enhance overall safety literacy and emergency response capabilities; third, strengthen the pre-shift safety briefing system to establish a robust first line of defense for safe production; fourth, tighten on-site safety management by strictly controlling operational procedures and thoroughly identifying and addressing potential hazards; fifth, further improve the safety interview mechanism to promptly identify, rectify issues, and mitigate risks; and sixth, increase the力度 of safety-related rewards and penalties, refining the incentive-and-restraint mechanism to provide clear guidance for the efficient operation of the company’s safety management system.
This training session provided an in-depth interpretation of the 2024 Edition of the “Criteria for Identifying Major Safety Hazards in Housing and Municipal Engineering Construction,” comprehensively communicated the company’s safety management system documents, clearly defined the safety responsibilities and operational procedures for each employee, and offered detailed instruction on the procedures and precautions for using the “Password Recitation” and “Shenmou Monitoring System.” Through these efforts, a solid foundation and robust safeguards were established across all aspects and at multiple levels to support year-round production safety. In addition, by thoroughly analyzing typical accident cases, participants were guided to deeply learn from past incidents and maintain constant vigilance regarding safety.

During the meeting, awards were presented to outstanding employees, exemplary work teams, top-performing groups, model workers, and distinguished suppliers for the year 2025, with honorary certificates being conferred upon each.
