To comprehensively implement the arrangements and requirements set forth at the 2026 Work Conference of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Pangyuan Leasing, and to align thinking, build consensus, clarify tasks, and ensure accountability, Pangyuan Anhui convened a special meeting on March 3 to re-study, re-communicate, and re-deploy the spirit of the higher-level conference. The meeting was chaired by Tong Guangli, Deputy General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing and General Manager of Pangyuan Anhui, who delivered a briefing and directive speech; all management personnel attended.

At the meeting, Tong Guangli emphasized the thorough study and implementation of the important instructions delivered by Che Wanli, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.; Huang Aimin, Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager; as well as the work requirements outlined by Geng Hongbin, Director and Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Director of Pangyuan Leasing, and Qu Xiaodong, Party Secretary and General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing. Based on the actual situation, he made a systematic plan for the core operational priorities of the Anhui Pangyuan region in 2026, clearly defining the direction of development and the strategies for overcoming challenges. First, we must uphold the fundamental basis for survival: maintain stable scale, effectively manage risks, and firmly establish a solid safety net for operations. Second, we must identify the right breakthrough strategies: reduce costs and enhance profitability by tapping into the company’s internal growth potential. Third, we must formulate long-term plans: expand markets and optimize the business structure to energize the momentum for transformation and development. Tong Guangli stressed that 2026 is a pivotal year for the company to improve quality and efficiency and achieve transformative breakthroughs. All employees must align their thinking and actions with the decisions and arrangements made by higher authorities, taking stable scale, risk management, cost reduction, profit enhancement, market expansion, and structural adjustment as the main threads. We must rise to challenges, act with pragmatism and perseverance, and ensure that all annual targets and tasks are effectively implemented and deliver tangible results.
