To celebrate the upcoming New Year holiday, enrich employees’ extracurricular cultural life, strengthen team cohesion, foster communication and collaboration among staff, and cultivate a positive, united, and motivated corporate atmosphere, the Pangyuan Leasing Trade Union organized the inaugural “Pangyuan Cup” Guandan Tournament—“Welcoming the New Year, Enjoying Guandan”—on December 26. Employees from Pangyuan’s headquarters and its subsidiaries in and around Shanghai participated enthusiastically.

This time, the company responded enthusiastically to the Ganda competition, with more than 30 players taking part. The tournament was divided into nine tables, with each table’s round consisting of two phases: “fixed-table rotation” and “full-floor table rotation.” The full-floor table rotation was conducted eight times, for a total of nine rounds. The competition followed standard Ganda rules, and each player’s total score was calculated as the sum of points earned across all rounds; the winner was determined by the cumulative individual scores. Throughout the event, the atmosphere was exceptionally lively, as players bonded over cards, honed their skills, and engaged in strategic battles at the tables. They relied on both teamwork and clever tactics—working seamlessly with their partners while fiercely competing against their opponents—fully immersing themselves in the unique competitive appeal that Ganda brings.
After a fiercely contested competition, Wu Junya was awarded first place, Ji Tongtong took second place, and Wang Hongxing and Yan Xiaojun each received third place. Zhang Lantian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Head of the Trade Union at Pangyuan Leasing; Shang Liqiang, Deputy General Manager; and Wang Hongxing, Executive Director and General Manager of Shanghai Yidong and Pangyuan Mechanical Construction, presented the awards to the winners and posed for a group photo.

Senior management at Pangyuan Leasing actively participated in this event, with the hope that employees will be able to unwind and recharge outside of work, boost morale through intellectual engagement and teamwork, uphold a spirit of perseverance, and thereby provide a solid foundation for the company’s healthy and sustainable development.
