To further deepen and solidify the study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, recently, members of the Party leadership team at Pangyuan Leasing have taken the lead by going directly to the front lines, traveling to their respective regional Party-building liaison points to deliver specialized Party lectures. These efforts aim to guide all Party members and cadres in calibrating their values in pursuing work and entrepreneurship, thereby using a correct view of political achievements to steer the enterprise toward steady and positive development.

On July 20, Geng Hongbin, a director and deputy general manager of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., as well as a member of the Party Committee and a director of Pangyuan Leasing, delivered a special Party lecture titled “Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievement to Drive Safe and Stable Development at Pangyuan Leasing through Concrete Actions and Tangible Results.” He called on all Party members and cadres to draw strength from the company’s history of honor, remain true to their original aspirations, forge ahead with courage, and translate this correct view of political achievement into concrete actions that propel the enterprise’s high-quality development. Members of Pangyuan Leasing’s leadership team, heads of various departments, all Party members of the Shanghai Pangyuan Party Branch and the Shanghai Yidong Party Branch, secretaries of the Party branches of the eight subsidiaries, and relevant responsible personnel attended the session in a hybrid online–offline format.

On July 24, Qu Xiaodong, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing, delivered a special Party lecture to the Joint Party Branch of Pangyuan in Shaanxi. All Party members and cadres from the affiliated entities in Shaanxi (assessment unit), Henan (assessment unit), and Xinjiang (assessment unit) attended the session both on-site and via video link.
The Party lecture, titled “Cultivating and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievement, Anchoring Operational and Management Performance in Tangible Results, and Driving Pangyuan Leasing Toward New and Positive Development Through Practical Action,” drew on the speaker’s personal learning experiences and the company’s actual reform and development context to systematically expound the rich implications of a correct view of political achievement and the profound significance of conducting related study and education. It guided Party members and cadres to consciously strengthen their sense of purpose, deepen their commitment to serving the people, and properly balance the dialectical relationships between “visible achievements and latent results,” “the local and the overall,” and “the immediate and the long term.” By embedding this correct view of political achievement across the entire value chain—safety, management, and performance—and by firmly upholding bottom lines and red lines, it seeks to advance the enterprise’s new and positive development through an exemplary work style.

On July 21, Meng Zhifeng, a member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Engineer of Pangyuan Leasing, delivered a special Party lecture to the Zhejiang Pangyuan Party Branch. All members of the Zhejiang Pangyuan Party Branch, along with the leadership team of Zhejiang Pangyuan and its affiliated assessment entities, and heads of various departments, attended the session via a hybrid format—combining an in-person main venue with online video sub-venues.

On July 22, Cao Xiaorong, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing, delivered a special Party lecture at the Zhejiang Pangyuan Party Branch on fostering and practicing a correct view of political achievements. All members of the Zhejiang Pangyuan Party Branch, along with the leadership teams of Zhejiang Pangyuan and its affiliated assessment entities, and heads of various departments, attended the session both in person and online.

On July 23, Hou Weiwei, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing, delivered a special Party lecture at the Hubei Pangyuan Party Branch on fostering and practicing a correct view of political achievements. He engaged in in-depth discussions with the leadership team of Hubei Pangyuan and its affiliated assessment units, as well as with heads of various departments. All members of the Hubei Pangyuan Party Branch attended the session.

On July 24, Hou Weiwei, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Pangyuan Leasing, delivered a special Party lecture at the Sichuan Pangyuan Party Branch on fostering and practicing a correct view of political achievements. All members of the Sichuan Pangyuan Party Branch, along with the leadership teams and department heads of Sichuan Pangyuan and its affiliated assessment entities, attended the session.

On July 23, Zhao Liang, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Pangyuan Leasing, delivered a special Party lecture at Guangdong Pangyuan. All Party members and cadres from the Guangdong (assessment unit) and Hainan (assessment unit) attended the session, fostering consensus on pragmatic action, strengthening the foundation of integrity, and aligning the direction of development.
During the training sessions, members of the leadership team engaged in in-depth discussions with frontline Party members and project managers, carefully listening to the challenges and bottlenecks faced at the grassroots level. They provided on-the-spot guidance and addressed concerns, while also soliciting a wide range of opinions and suggestions. This approach sought to integrate theoretical education with practical problem-solving, thereby helping frontline staff clarify the value orientation for their work and entrepreneurial endeavors.
The secretaries of all grassroots Party branches under Pangyuan Leasing have concurrently followed up by conducting tiered briefings and organizing Party members to engage in discussions and exchanges on the proper view of political achievements.
Going forward, all Party members and cadres at Pangyuan Leasing will take this special Party‑lesson as an opportunity to further cultivate the spiritual outlook of “achieving success need not be attributed to me,” strengthen their sense of historical responsibility to ensure that “success must include my contribution,” and uphold a work style characterized by pragmatism, meticulous management, and integrity. In doing so, they will lay a solid ideological foundation for Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. to become an internationally competitive manufacturer and service provider of engineering and mining equipment.
